​If you have a clean title it is recommended just to let registered agents fill it all in for accuracy and expedited processing,  we prefer this as you are paying us to manage the process. 

Some states do not issue titles. No problem, you need to include the certificate of old ownership or new one and vehicle registration. MT requires  trial to prove its legitimacy.

​If a dealer representative or someone other than a representative signs and puts “POA” you will have to include a POA document for those signatures, no exceptions. It's best to write just the name of the person, agent or member is ok but not necessary.

A MT bill of sale is required from the owner to the LLC.  If you are the buyer on the title. Notarization BOS is not required.

A MT ‘POA” is required for the registered agent to make any necessary corrections or sign on behalf of the LLC.  The POA is only valid for this purpose. Must be notarized.
