Vehicles 11years old and older get Permanent registration meaning its a onetime fee with no annual registration fees. 
State fees are charged ontop of the onetime processing fee. 
Vehicles newer than 11years have traditional annual registrations. 
 
Special required forms are due upon requet after purchase. Will assist hands on so you dont have to stress over.
